| Q. Sometimes when I print a page, the text is cut off. What can I do? |
| A. You can adjust your print margins in the browser. In MS Internet Explorer, go to File>>Page Setup and on the bottom right of the window that pops up you'll see where you can adjust the Left, Right, Top and Bottom margins. In Netscape Navigator, go to File>>Page Setup, click on the Margins & Header/Footer tab and you'll find a similar margins adjustment. |

| Q. The login page asks me for a PIN # but I've lost mine. What can I do? |
| A. Go to the Members Login page and click on the 'Lost or forgotten your PIN #?' button. On the next screen enter your Membership # and click the Email my PIN # button and your PIN # will be emailed to the email address on file with PFHA. |

| Q. Sometimes when I view a PDF document I receive the message "Error Reading linearized hint data" |
| A. Based on the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC you should perform the following: Acrobat Reader version 5.x: - close the browser window that gave the PDF error,- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, - From the Menu, select Edit>>Preferences then select Options on the left hand side. Dissable (uncheck) the entry: "Allow fast web view".- click OK, - close Acrobat Reader - click the link in your web browser to open the PDF document. It should be displayed. Acrobat Reader version 6.x:- Close the browser window that gave the PDF error - Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program - From the Menu, select Edit>>Preferences then select Internet on the left hand side. - Disable (uncheck) the entry: "Allow fast web view".- Click OK - Close Acrobat Reader- Click the link in your web browser to open the PDF document. It should be displayed. |
